Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical principles and demonstrate proficiency in various engineering tools and software. This role involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems while applying innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
Utilise Simulink for system modelling and simulation to enhance design processes.
Implement and programme programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks.
Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in design specifications.
Engage in system design activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Handle our operations of recycling activity

Requirements

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is essential.
Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies is required.
Experience with Simulink, PLC programming, GD&T, SolidWorks, MATLAB, CAD, and LabVIEW is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyse complex systems effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
