ITI Principal

An ITI Principal manages an Industrial Training Institute's overall operations, including academic programs, administration, and compliance with government regulations and standards. Key duties involve leadership, strategic planning, faculty and staff management, developing industry relationships for student placement, ensuring compliance, and creating a positive learning environment to enhance student employability. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Administration: Provide strong leadership, fair administration, and overall management to ensure the smooth functioning of the ITI.
• Academic & Program Development: Lead the development, implementation, and delivery of vocational training programs that align with industry needs and government initiatives.
• Industry Partnerships: Foster relationships with industries to create job placement opportunities and collaborative projects for students.
• Compliance: Ensure the ITI adheres to all regulations, statutory provisions, and accreditation standards set by government bodies and affiliating universities.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, performance, and motivation of teaching and administrative staff.
• Student Focus: Monitor student admissions, attendance, progress, and development to ensure a positive learning environment and to enhance their employability.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the institute's growth, performance, and enhanced reputation.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Manage the maintenance of school premises and the efficient use of institutional resources.
• Safety & Discipline: Implement measures to prevent issues like ragging and ensure a safe and disciplined environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
