Job Title:

WTP/ETP Operator – Maintenance & PLC Operation

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Wastewater (ETP/STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
• Daily monitoring of pH, TDS, turbidity, flow, and other plant parameters
• Operate PLC/SCADA system for automated plant control
• Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, blowers, and dosing systems
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and cleaning of tanks and filters
• Handle chemical dosing, backwashing, and RO/softener operations
• Maintain logbooks, plant records, and daily reports
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with pollution control norms (CPCB/SPCB)
• Assist in repair, calibration, and replacement of instruments and sensors
• Key Skills Required: WTP / ETP / STP operation knowledge, PLC / SCADA system operation, Knowledge of pumps, valves, blowers, dosing systems, Chemical dosing and backwashing techniques, Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting basics, pH, TDS, BOD, COD testing awareness, Recordkeeping and reporting, Preventive maintenance, Safety & environmental compliance

Budget- 30-35 k pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
