Description
In this role at EY, you'll be contributing as an IT risk consultant to risk assurance client engagements and internal projects. Your responsibilities will include performing IT audits, documenting assessment reports, and issuing opinions. You'll be expected to identify and share risks within engagements, explore business opportunities for EY, and help create a positive learning culture within the team. As a senior with 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Risk/Audit, Assurance, and Advisory, you will play a key role in IT Audit and Risk Assurance engagements, client walkthroughs, control and risk review reports, team scheduling, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute IT Audit and Risk Assurance engagements - Perform client walkthroughs, understand key IT processes and risks - Request and review audit evidence, draft control and risk review reports - Plan team schedules, divide tasks, and manage final delivery - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders **Skills and Attributes:** - Work effectively as a team leader, collaborate, coach, and support team members - Maintain an educational program for personal and staff development - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B.Tech (Computers, Electronics, Data Analytics), BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc. (computers major), MBA, CA - 3-6 years of hands-on internal/external IT Audits - Knowledge of IT General Controls, IT Automated Controls, and Service Organization Controls Reporting - Ability to perform independent security configuration review across various systems and databases - Strong English verbal and written communication skills EY offers a supportive environment where you can shape your career and develop the skills needed to succeed.
