• Training Delivery

o Conduct Information Technology enabled services training in which candidates will be trained on communication, soft skills and computer data entry

• Candidate Support & Monitoring

o Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them to meet performance goals

o Track candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement

• Record Keeping & Reporting

o Update regular training records

o Ensure timely completion of all required reports and documentation

• Placement Coordination

o Collaborate with placement teams to ensure smooth transitions from training to employment

o Support candidates during the placement process and track placement outcomes

3. Qualification

• Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant training experience preferred

4. Reporting and Team

• Reporting to the Center Manager

5. Work Location

• Don Bosco Academy, Opposite D-Mart, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

• Effective Training Delivery (Target vs Achievement)

• Candidate Performance and Support through daily attendance and weekly assessments.

• Placement Tracking and Reporting

• Social Media Engagement for Training Updates and Promotions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
