Training Delivery

o Conduct ITES-related training sessions effectively, ensuring curriculum is followed o Use a range of training methods to cater to different learning styles o Develop and update training materials based on industry trends and feedback

Candidate Support & Monitoring

o Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them to meet performance goals

o Track candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement

Record Keeping & Reporting

o Maintain accurate training records for all candidates

o Ensure timely completion of all required reports and documentation

Placement Coordination

o Collaborate with placement teams to ensure smooth transitions from training to employment

o Support candidates during the placement process and track placement outcomes

3. Qualification

Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant training experience
