ITAO Information Technology Asset Owner

Role Overview: As an IT Application Owner (ITAO) at AVP level in Pune, India, you will be responsible for evaluating the current state of technological infrastructure, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements. Your expertise in infrastructure solutions and industry innovations will play a key role in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Determine appropriate technological solutions to ensure a balance between delivery and compliance. - Identify gaps in current infrastructure solutions and implement necessary improvements while complying with technical roadmaps. - Enhance the safety and security of IT Applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and operational readiness. - Support the bank's audit function in remediating audit points and reducing risks. - Assess IT Application risks and implement necessary technology measures. - Contribute to and assist in the implementation of policies and strategies related to IT management and Information Security. - Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and approaches into best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication, organization, priority setting, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in IT Service Management and ITIL Framework. - Understanding of risk, compliance, and remediation pathways. - Familiarity with regulations, IT standards, and policies. - Knowledge of application architecture, stakeholder management, vendor, and contract management.
