Role & responsibilities

Track and manage all hardware assets, including servers, computers, printers, and networking equipment from acquisition through disposal.
Conduct regular audits of hardware assets to verify inventory, condition, and compliance with organizational policies.
Coordinate hardware asset procurement, deployment, and decommissioning processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices related to both hardware and software asset management.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all asset management activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified IT Asset Manager, ITIL) are a plus.
1.5+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT support, or a related field, with a focus on hardware assets.
Proficiency with IT asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow,) and familiarity with hardware compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
