Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Sales) to understand data needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources such as ERP and other business systems.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Tableau with other systems.
• Document dashboards, data sources, and processes for future maintenance and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in working with relational databases. • Experience integrating data from ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS) and other manufacturing applications.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and reporting methodologies.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
