Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Trainer located in Mumbai. The IT Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the IT skills of the employees and clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback. The trainer will also stay updated with the latest technological developments and ensure training programs are aligned with the industry standards and clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting IT training sessions and developing training materials
• Strong knowledge in various IT domains such as Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience as an IT Trainer or similar role is a plus
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are beneficial
