Job Title : Technical Recruitment Trainer Location : Lucknow (Work from Office) Experience : 2 TO 3 years Department : Learning & Development / Talent Acquisition Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Recruitment Trainer to lead and train a team of IT/technical recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical hiring and a passion for coaching and mentoring others. You will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs to improve sourcing strategies, interview skills, client coordination, and technical role understanding. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver training modules on technical recruitment , including sourcing strategies, Boolean search, candidate screening, and interview techniques. Train new and existing recruiters on current IT roles , technologies, and industry trends (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, cloud roles). Conduct mock interviews, resume screening sessions, and practical sourcing assignments. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide personalized feedback. Coach recruiters on client coordination, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end hiring processes. Create SOPs, documentation, and recruitment process flow guides for internal training. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and client-facing teams to ensure alignment of training goals with business needs. Track training progress and generate periodic performance and improvement reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 3 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or corporate IT hiring environment. Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills (Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.). Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or lead recruiter (preferred). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to lead a team, conduct workshops, and manage training schedules effectively. Desirable Traits Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. Client coordination or account management experience is a plus. Exposure to international (US/UK) recruitment processes (optional but preferred).
