Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician based in Jaipur. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to end-users, maintaining systems and networks, and delivering customer service. Additional responsibilities include training users on technical systems and IT best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to ensure smooth system operations
• Proficiency in Information Technology, including system maintenance and networking
• Effective Customer Service abilities to address user needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience in providing Training to end-users on IT tools and systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
