Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician based in Jaipur. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to end-users, maintaining systems and networks, and delivering customer service. Additional responsibilities include training users on technical systems and IT best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to ensure smooth system operations Proficiency in Information Technology, including system maintenance and networking Effective Customer Service abilities to address user needs and resolve issues efficiently Experience in providing Training to end-users on IT tools and systems Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
