IT Technical Support Engineer

You will be responsible for providing hardware/software support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. This includes troubleshooting networking issues such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls. You will also be managing Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security solutions. It is essential to ensure that IT policies are in compliance with ISO 27001 and security best practices. Collaborating with vendors for IT procurement and contract management will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of IT support experience and possess expertise in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. Knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs is crucial. Experience with firewalls, switches, and IT security measures will be beneficial. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. The ideal candidate must hold a graduation degree and have 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience.
