Job Description

Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science. Job Description Managing incidents as per ITIL incident management process Assist in the development design and implementation of technical support systems. Skilled in installation and troubleshooting problems encountered on OS (Linux/Windows) and Middleware and application level (Apache Web Server, IIS, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Postfix, Load balancing, reverse proxy etc) by giving apt solutions. Working knowledge Virtual Hypervisor management (Xen/Oracle VM, KVM or VMware) Basic knowledge of public cloud management like AWS, Azure etc Patch management, deployment, and server upgradation (Linux/Windows) Basic understanding of network protocols (Linux/Windows) Knowledge in both Linux (Bash, Perl, and/or Python) and Windows (PowerShell, batch, and/or VBScript). May have to provide services in a 24*7 environment to supervise over the troubleshooting problems encountered at any instance of the day. Work and monitor the local backup and recovery process on daily basis. Assist in the developing standards, guidelines procedures for network support. Documenting incident management procedures. Efficient Team player
