Job Description

IT Systems & Endpoint Administrator We are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Endpoint Administrator with expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, mobile device and endpoint management (MDM/EMM), and remote system support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our cloud productivity platform, securing and managing endpoints, and providing remote technical support for users across the organization using both Microsoft and third-party tools as required by customer environments. Microsoft 365 tenant services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Assign, monitor, and manage Microsoft 365 licenses and security groups.
