Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support Linux, Windows, and MacOS environments

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including TCP/IP, OSI layers, LAN/WAN

Manage firewalls, switches, routers, and access points

Provide support for account management, log monitoring, and workflow troubleshooting

Administer collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom

Install and support CCTV systems, including Hikvision devices and DVR configurations

Handle user provisioning, access control, and internal systems escalations

Maintain hardware inventories and manage asset provisioning workflows

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of compliance standards and IT audit readiness

Experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environments

Familiarity with automation tools for system monitoring (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios)

Ability to develop scripts for reporting and task automation

Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and handle emergency escalations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

3-5 years of relevant IT system engineering or administration experience

Strong understanding of systems security, networking, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
