Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Skills required:
2-4 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer focused with a commitment to providing high quality support
Work mode:
Rotational shift with one weekly day off
