Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
Experience in the following (not all mandatory):
- Interested in cloud-based technologies, like AWS, Azure
- Participate in Daily Operation tasks, like resolving incidents, carry out changes.
- Participate in projects related to infrastructures improvements and new deployments
- Interested in virtualized environments hosted in VMWare
- Take part in reporting activities
Willingness to learn, be mentored and improve. Contribute ideas for existing processes.
Good communicational and analytical skills

Qualifications

Pursuing either bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, data science

Tool & Technology Skills

Must: Basic understanding of virtualization platforms and cloud technologies, OS concepts
Advantage: Power BI, Service Now, SQL

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Good verbal and written communication skills, basic customer service skills, and a willingness to work with various teams.
Basic analytic skills or a willingness to learn, be motivated.
Ethical individual with interest in working independently as well with team
Be eager to learn new technologies and develop your skills.
Have an interest in learning how to develop relationships with our clients, IT partners, and peer reporting teams, and to navigate across the organization.
