Tech or Diploma IT, computer Key Skills: Job Description: Responsible for performing the following: Troubleshooting and provide extensive support in hardware and software problems. Must have hands on experience in: Managing IT infrastructure Monitor applications to ensure services level agreements (SLAs) are met Good in troubleshooting Microsoft applications/software VMware and V Spheres Windows server Administration Software implementation System administration Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA implementation and maintenance ERP software implementation Manageable switch configuration Firewall Fortinet Disaster recovery. Active Directory, Group Policy, User policy, Backup Server, Antivirus and File Servers, backup etc Managing and administrating all user domains and accounts Setup and maintaining Office 365, Exchange accounts User policy and network policy/topology implementation Data server implementation Maintain hardware, software and network inventory Handling Dispatching role and sent daily tickets status and score of the day to team. Hardware Solution, Configuration of Router, Switches and LAN configuration. Networking, LAN & WAN trouble shooting. Network Auditing, Knowledge of TCP/IP configuration and maintenance. Implementing and maintaining VPN - Not mandatory skills. But having the following will be an add on: RAID configuration Microsoft Exchange Server Additional active directory configuration. CCNA certification
