Maintaining the organization s entire IT asset status which covers Hardware Management - including employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, etc.
Evaluate the organization s asset requirements and coordinate their procurement with proper forecast from HR Team.
Mapping of IT assets to the associates and disposal of assets throughout the organization.
Coordinate and recover assets from associates leaving the organization in order to process his/her IT Clearance.
Asset Label / Sticker provisioning as and when required.
Preparing a monthly asset dashboard.
