Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician located in Jamshedpur. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers and printers, and conducting computer repairs. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing hardware and software problems, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT equipment in the office.
