IT Support Technician

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops, and handling various technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops.
• Install, update, and configure software applications.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
• Provide support for printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
• Assist with basic server and system maintenance.
• Ensure data backup and system security protocols are followed.
• Respond to technical support requests from employees.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in laptop and desktop repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware-related issues.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
