IT Support Technician

Job Description/KRA:

• Configure, manage, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common Hardware and network problems.
• Plan and implement network upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, anti-virus, and data encryption.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff.
• Maintain documentations, record keeping of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Maintain Inventory of IT Assets. Ensure compliance with relevant data security and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Work on Administration of various applications like NAS Server, Slack , Email etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
