· Hands on Experience in Hardware and Network Installing, Troubleshooting and Configuring the :
ü Windows OS 7/8.1/10/11, Windows Server 2016 and 2019 and Mac Book.
ü MS office 2016,2019 and office 365 (like MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, One-Drive, Teams, Share Point etc. and licenses purchase and assign to user.
ü Managing the Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of all Standard Software as per the Company Policy.
ü Identify, Diagnose and Troubleshoot the Hardware components and find solutions and if required replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
ü Managing the Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Printers, Antivirus Software, Citrix, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and Biometric Devices etc.
ü Good Experience in Networking Devices like Routers, Switches, Access Point, Active Directories, DHCP, DNS, WDS and WSUS.
ü Good exposure in Enable/Disable User account, Unlocks user account, Create/Reset password and add/re-move computers in windows Active Directory.
ü Hands-on good experience with Firewall, DLP and Endpoint protection.
ü Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
ü Coordinate with the network Team on network-related issues, Coordinate with application/software Support teams on application-related issues, coordinate with specific Teams/Groups on issues related to them and transfer the same to the respective Teams/Groups.
ü Handling Different types of activities provided by the customer and completing within the time frame.
ü Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals all time.
ü Support Software, and Application related issues of In-house & Outstation Users via Remote Control Tool like Team Viewer, VNC, Any desk and Teams.
ü Maintain cleanliness of Computer components and other devices.
ü Good ‘Time Management’, ‘Analytical’, ‘Organizational’, ‘Communicational’ skills.
