Role : Financial Analyst Years of Experience: 4 -5 Years Job Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) Skills Required MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate - Finance with minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification in any Industry. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, analytical abilities, client handling skills Experience in partnering with business leaders. Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams Hands on experience in Financials preparation, Monthly Books Closure & Review activities, MIS Preparation, Review, etc. Should have good working knowledge in Tally/Well versed with MS Office. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Day to day accounting and general Ledger Analysis. Responsible for MIS Reports (Revenue & Customer Invoicing, Month End Closure, Cash Flow, Customer Ageing & Collections, Vendor Aging & Payments, FD, Depreciation, etc.) Demonstrated experience being responsible for Financial Statements preparation, Accounting and Tax processes. Experience in Reporting to Controlling Entities outside India Experience dealing with Audit processes (Statutory, Transfer Pricing, Tax) Good understanding of SEZ regulation, GST Regulation Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, provide value add analysis, support to business leaders/ finance management Ownership of expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis / KPI reviews for better P&L management Working knowledge of IND AS and IFRS
