Job Description

Role & responsibilities

IT Support & Administration:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows servers.
Provide remote administration support for Microsoft Windows-related issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance for printers and intercom systems.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

Network Administration:

Install, configure, and monitor firewalls.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network printers.
Manage LL connectivity, local LAN, and remote networks.
Monitor and secure internet access and activity logs.
Perform network troubleshooting and maintenance.
Manage and monitor the CCTV network.

Backup & Security Management:

Schedule and supervise data backups.
Maintain secure backup copies of closed projects and store monthly backup tapes in a safe location.
Administer Antivirus servers.
Monitor antivirus systems, schedule scans, and ensure timely patch updates.
