IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support professional to provide technical assistance, maintain systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support users, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and software malfunctions.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and network devices.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.
• Support end-users with email, VPN, internet, and application-related queries.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update records.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT support and procurement when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT Support (Fresher with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and commonly used applications.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
