Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join a team in Kolkata (Dum Dum). The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computer hardware and networking and be capable of handling day-to-day IT support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot system errors and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates of systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage network connectivity and assist with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements when required.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting methods.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
