Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Coordinator to join our team
Unlike traditional IT support roles, this position focuses on coordination, communication, and process management rather than hands-on hardware troubleshooting The ideal candi will have excellent English communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, serving as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact:

Serve as the initial contact for internal teams or clients, addressing IT-related inquiries promptly and professionally

Multi-Channel Support:

Provide assistance via email, phone, and chat for issues related to software, networking, and system access (excluding hardware repairs)

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of support activities and interactions in the company s CRM or ticketing system

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical problems

Process itoring:

Track and identify recurring issues to help improve support processes and enhance system efficiency

User Guidance:

Offer clear instructions and support for basic IT tasks such as login processes, Microsoft Office usage, and general system navigation
Required Skills:
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on coordination rather than hardware repair
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in IT support or technical customer service is an advantage
Willingness to grow and develop within the organization
