In addition to managing the technical aspects of CSR applications, you will provide essential technical support, including development and deployment activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing CSR data and creating dynamic dashboards that track progress and provide valuable insights to enhance our initiatives. A key aspect of your role will involve resolving technical issues efficiently and conducting training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills to utilize IT tools effectively.
