IT Support Executive

Job Title: IT Support Executive Experience Required: 3+ Years Location: faridabad Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT / Software Services About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in IT support, Laravel framework, mobile app deployment on Play Store and iOS App Store, along with strong communication skills to provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end IT support for internal teams and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain Laravel-based web applications, coordinate with developers for bug fixes or updates. Handle deployment, updates, and issue resolution of Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store) apps. Monitor app performance, bugs, and crashes; coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth functionality. Offer technical assistance to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring high-quality service. Maintain technical documentation, support logs, and FAQs for internal and external users. Assist with system setup, configurations, backups, and basic server maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or similar roles. Strong knowledge of Laravel framework and basic PHP debugging. Experience with Play Store and iOS App Store processes (app upload, versioning, policy compliance). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple platforms. Knowledge of basic networking, server handling, and system configurations.
