**About Chemist Box Private Limited: **Chemist Box Private Limited, a prominent multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain in Bihar, With 13-14 physical stores.Position: IT Executive & Maintenance ExecutiveLocation: Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned, application from anywhere in the country are welcome)**Responsibilities: **

Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software issues.
Resolve technical support requests from staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
Log and track bugs and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as required.
Develop and maintain documentation, including tips and tricks for online databases and websites.
Conduct introductory online and classroom training sessions for company products.
Resolve technical issues promptly using available resources within the company.

**Requirements: **

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT technical support and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
