IT Support Executive _ Oracle EBS (Techno-Functional)

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Oracle EBS Support (Techno-Functional)

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle EBS applications, primarily focusing on SCM modules (PO, INV, OM, WMS, etc.).
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide system-based solutions.

2. Issue Resolution & Enhancements

• Analyze issues, replicate scenarios, and provide effective resolutions.
• Liaise with technical teams for code fixes, setups, or enhancements.
• Participate in testing activities (UAT, SIT) and support rollout of new features or changes.

3. Query Development & Reporting

• Write and execute

  SQL/PLSQL queries

  for data analysis, debugging, and reporting.
• Develop ad-hoc reports as requested by business users.

4. User Support & Training

• Provide application support and guidance to end users across departments.
• Prepare and update SOPs, user manuals, and documentation for systems and processes.

5. System Monitoring & Data Management

• Monitor system interfaces, concurrent programs, and scheduled jobs.
• Ensure data accuracy and assist in data validation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience

  supporting

  Oracle EBS

  in a techno-functional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of

  SCM modules

  (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  SQL/PLSQL query writing

  and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Forms, Workflows, Reports will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of integrations and basic API usage in Oracle EBS.
• Exposure to other modules (Finance / Manufacturing) is a plus.
