Job Description

Onsite (O&G Client Site) presence at Bina, MP is mandatory.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical support and resolve user queries related to digital platforms.
Troubleshoot software, connectivity, and mobile device issues.
Assist with data synchronisation, especially for offline modules.
Support incident reporting workflows, dashboard usage, and mobile app functionality.
Liaise with central MSI teams for updates, bug fixes, and escalations.
Maintain logs of user queries, resolutions, and system performance.
Ensure adherence to BPCLs safety and IT protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, Microsoft installer is required.
Familiarity with support workflows and ticketing tools.
Experience with web and mobile applications in industrial settings.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide application fixes.
Basic understanding of network connectivity, cloud-hosted systems, and REST APIs.
Experience with video analytics or camera systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Onsite presence at Bina, MP is mandatory.
