We are hiring for one of our client and seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Srinagar. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in networking, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT ticketing systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT-related problems efficiently, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues
• Manage and respond to IT support tickets promptly
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Provide end-user support and training as needed
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and incident management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
