Job Description

Hardware: Desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals.
Software: OS (Windows/Linux/Mac), enterprise apps, MS Office, etc.
Networking: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and update software and patches.
Assist in system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and replace faulty components (RAM, HDD, PSU, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair/replacement
Provide remote desktop support using tools like TeamViewer, RDP, AnyDesk, ultraViewer.
Ensure user data backups and windows server backup.
Restore files as per request and recovery policies
Assist in endpoint security management (antivirus updates, encryption).
Must have knowlwdge about cPanel or Zoho mail admin console.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
