* We are a leading BIM consultancy with a team of 50+ professionals delivering innovative design and coordination solutions. To support our growing digital infrastructure, we’re hiring an experienced IT Support Engineer / Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, firewalls, printers).* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.* Set up and configure systems (Windows, Autodesk Suite, Revit, Navisworks).* Manage data backups, file servers, and access control.* Handle procurement and vendor coordination for IT equipment.* Administer email systems and cloud platforms (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).* Support BIM tools, license management, and remote access (VPN).* Monitor network performance and implement cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.* 2–5 years of IT administration experience, preferably in a BIM or engineering setting.* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.* Experience with Autodesk products setup and licensing is a plus.* Familiar with Google Workspace, OneDrive, and SharePoint.* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
