Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage IT service desk, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and requests.
Troubleshoot networking problems and perform routine maintenance tasks on company's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain various software applications such as MS Office Outlook.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field (desktop engineering).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization from a recognized university.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing network devices (LAN/WAN) including routers, switches, printers etc.
