It Support Engineer

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for

  Windows, Mac, and Linux

  endpoints.
• Resolve system performance issues, OS-level problems, application errors, and hardware failures.
• Deliver in-person and remote support for employees across multiple locations.

Networking & Infrastructure

• Handle

  basic network troubleshooting

  , including switch checks, connectivity issues, and network outage triage.
• Support and maintain

  AV infrastructure

  (conference rooms, display systems, meeting hardware).

Asset Management

• Manage complete

  IT Asset Lifecycle

  in onboarding, issuance, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain asset accuracy and compliance using

  ServiceNow (SNOW)

  .

Documentation & Process Excellence

• Create and update

  SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service knowledge base

  articles.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance user experience and internal IT processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with global IT, networking, security, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in recurring operational reviews and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in

  IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support Engineer

  roles.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Windows, MacOS, and Linux

  environments.
• Hands-on experience with

  basic networking, AV systems, and hardware troubleshooting

  .
• Solid understanding of

  IT Asset Management

  practices and lifecycle workflows.
• Proficiency in

  ServiceNow (SNOW)

  for ticketing, incident resolution, and asset tracking.
• Ability to create high-quality SOPs and documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
