2 - 4 years of experience in IT desktop support, Windows server administration, and asset management.
Hands-on experience with:
* Windows desktop OS (Windows /11)
* Basic Mac OS troubleshooting & support
* Experience with IT Asset Management inventory, allocation, lifecycle tracking.
* Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
* Experience with ManageEngine tools (Endpoint Central, Patch Management) added advantage.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) or GSuite support.
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to document processes and maintain accurate IT records.
* Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle users professionally.

* Exposure to ITIL practices (Incident/Change/Problem management).
* Knowledge of PowerShell scripting or automation for Windows environments.
