IT Support Engineer

As a Network/System Engineer at Dbrains Info System & Controls Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for installing and configuring client computer systems. Your role will involve responding to client IT support requests, diagnosing software, networking, or hardware issues, and providing technical support either on-site or via remote-access systems. It is mandatory to have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field and possess a Hardware Diploma/ITI Diploma. Your duties will include offering solutions that cater to the client's needs, repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. Maintaining strong client relations, tracking and managing work records, and compiling job reports will also be part of your responsibilities.
