Job Description

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff, resolving IT issues promptly.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrades of systems and applications.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related procurement, AMC, and support services.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect digital assets.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee brand-building activities, content creation, and advertising.
  • Manage website updates, SEO, and online presence.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports.
