IT Staffing Specialist

Role Overview: As an IT Staffing Specialist at Intuit Management Consultancy in India, your primary responsibility will be to manage open IT positions and ensure the timely delivery of staffing services to clients. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline. - 3-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment. - Experience and ability to manage hiring targets. - Strong drive with an executive vision, client management skills, negotiation skills, and industry understanding. - Excellent understanding of IT market dynamics, cost structures, and resource availability. - Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction.
