Job Description

Collaborate with experts to model and continuously improve the Infrastructure for Manufacturing Applications service.
Help to shape and align the service with the vision and strategic goals of the infrastructure department.
Coordinate and improve daily, yearly and special activities with the internal teams and external IT service providers.
Coordinate and improve Operating System and Database patching activities with relevant stakeholders.
Drive the creation and implementation of permanent solutions to recurring critical issues.
Monitor and supervise the service quality delivered by external IT providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high standards.
Facilitate documentation, communication, and reporting related to IT operations and changes.
Collaborate effectively with global teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Your Qualifications

Strong background in IT, with hands-on experience preferred.
Desirable: Experience with operating systems, databases, and manufacturing systems.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives.Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
Structured, analytical thinking with a passion for consistent problem analysis and resolution
Ability and openness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated teamwork skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are essential.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinker with a mindset for continuous improvement.
