💻 IT Service Desk – International Voice Process (Bangalore / Hyderabad)


📍 Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

🕓 Experience: 2 Years (Total 2–8 years accepted)

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

🗓 Shift: Rotational shifts & offs (including US holidays)


Face-to-Face interviews on 1st November 2025


About the Role


We’re looking for IT Service Desk professionals with strong communication skills and hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.

If you’ve supported international users (US/UK) and enjoy solving IT issues remotely, this role is a great fit for you.


Key Responsibilities


Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via calls or remote tools.


Route complex issues to higher-level IT support teams when needed.


Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and end-user applications.


Handle user account creation, password resets, and access provisioning.


Manage tickets through ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.


Support users through calls, emails, and chat until issue closure.


Troubleshoot issues related to MS Office Suite, VPN, browsers, and printers.


Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.


Technical Skills Required


Experience in International Voice Process (IT Service Desk / Tech Support).


Good understanding of Windows OS and Mac systems.


Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).


Familiar with Active Directory / Azure AD, Exchange Mailboxes, and Virtual Desktops (Citrix).


Exposure to VPN troubleshooting, remote connectivity tools (Bomgar, Webex, etc.).


Understanding of network basics and hardware peripherals.


Soft Skills


Excellent English communication (verbal & written).


Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.


Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.


Team player with a focus on delivering high-quality service.


Education


Minimum: Associate Graduate / Undergraduate


Must have at least 6 months of IT helpdesk or voice-based support experience.
