About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling and engaging international clients to promote our IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential international clients (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.).
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions.
• Schedule online meetings/demos for business discussions with the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and prospect information.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2–3 years in international sales, IT services, or cold calling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
• Knowledge of web and mobile app development services will be a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
