Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Sales Recruiter based in Ahmedabad. The IT Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, specifically targeting IT roles. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers. The recruiter will also engage with potential candidates and utilize technical skills to assess their suitability for various IT positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Proficiency in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
• Skilled in Recruiting processes
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
