Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Staff Augmentation Specialist to assist in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating skilled IT professionals for client projects. This entry-level role will support staffing operations, documentation, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior staff to understand technical and project-specific hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple job boards and internal databases.
• Schedule interviews, track progress, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, including document collection and compliance checks.
• Maintain up-to-date resource availability data and assist in bench management.
• Support in preparing reports and dashboards for resource deployment and utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and skill sets (developers, testers, cloud, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets or databases.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS platforms) is a plus.

Preferred:

• Exposure to IT consulting, staff augmentation, or recruitment processes.
• Willingness to learn about global delivery models, client SLAs, and project staffing cycles.
