Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting IT products and services, and building strong client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our wide range of software solutions and digital services. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for our IT products and services including: Hospital & Pathology Software ERP, POS & CRM Systems Website & App Development SEO & Digital Marketing E-commerce & Real Estate Solutions Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements and deliver presentations. Create and execute digital marketing strategies including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, and more. Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, support, and upselling. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, support) to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1+ years of experience in IT sales or software marketing (preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms. Knowledge of IT products and digital marketing trends is a must. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Preferred Skills: Experience in selling B2B IT solutions. Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, and PPC. Ability to work independently and handle client objections confidently. Knowledge of regional markets (especially Uttar Pradesh) is a plus.
